A) REGULAR APPLICATION
1. Name, Address, and Nationality of the applicant(s).
2. Name, Address, and Nationality of the inventor(s).
3. Power of Attorney (POA) signed by the Applicant(s) (notarization/legalization is not required).
The soft copy of the POA is acceptable at the filing date. The original must be filed within 1 month from the filing date, non-extendable.
4. An English version of the specification (preferably in .doc/.docx). Vietnamese translation must be filed at the time of filing the application.
B) PARIS CONVENTION APPLICATION
Note: The deadline for filing a patent application under Paris Convention is 12 months from the filing date of the first application.
1. Name, Address, and Nationality of the applicant(s).
2. Name, Address, and Nationality of the inventor(s).
3. Power of Attorney (POA) signed by the Applicant(s) (notarization/legalization is not required).
The soft copy of the POA is acceptable at the filing date. The original must be filed within 1 month from the filing date, non-extendable.
4. An English version of the specification (preferably in .doc/.docx). Vietnamese translation must be filed at the time of filing the application.
5. Priority document(s). The deadline for submitting the priority document(s) is 3 months from the filing date, non-extendable.
C). PCT NATIONAL PHASE APPLICATION IN VIETNAM
Note: The deadline for a PCT application to enter Vietnam Phase is 31 months from the date of priority.
1. Full name, address, and nationality of the applicant(s).
2. Full name, address, and nationality of the inventor(s).
3. Information on PCT application: Application number and filing date.
4. Information on Priority Application: Priority date, country, and application number. Priority document(s) is not required.
5. Power of Attorney (POA) signed by the Applicant(s) (notarization/legalization is not required).
The soft copy of the POA is acceptable at the filing date. The original must be filed within 1 month from the filing date, non-extendable.
6. An English version of the specification (preferably in .doc/.docx). Vietnamese translation must be filed at the time of filing the application.
7. Notification Of The Recording Of A Change (form PCT/IB/306) (if any).
