Mr. Phan Luong LE is the CEO and one of the founding members of INVENTIO. He received the Certificate in Industrial Property Representation Service Practice no 02-2020/CCDD, granted by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam in 2020. He graduated from National Economics University, Vietnam, in 1987 and Hanoi Law University, Vietnam, in 2003.

He is an active member of various national and international associations, including Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA), Vietnam Lawyers Association (VLA), ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA), Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), International Trademark Association (INTA), European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).

He has participated in many international forums and seminars on Intellectual Property organized by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Mr. Luong has nearly 30 years of experience in the IP field, especially in consulting, establishing, and protecting the legitimate rights of individual and corporate clients on patents, industrial designs, and trademarks in Vietnam, and East and Southeast Asia countries, such as China, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand,… and further worldwide countries.
